In accordance with the applicable regulations, if you are contracting as a consumer, you may withdraw from the Contract at any time within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order.

In this case, you will be refunded the price paid for such products. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product.

You may prove the exercise of the right of withdrawal in any way permitted by law, by returning the products.

This provision does not affect other rights recognized to the consumer by current legislation.

Your right to withdraw from the Contract will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same conditions in which you received them. (Unsealed products cannot be returned).

After examining the article we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. The return will be made as soon as possible. The refund will always be made in the same means of payment that you used to pay for the purchase, with the exception of cash on delivery, which will be made by bank transfer.

Once the merchandise has been received and verified that it is in accordance with the previous conditions, the refund of the amount of the product will be processed if so indicated within a period of less than 14 calendar days. The transport costs originated by the return will be borne by the customer.

To make a product exchange/return, you can manage it from your order history indicating the products and the reason or by sending an email to info@factorhobby.com indicating the order code and explaining in detail the reason for the return.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not conform to the provisions of the Contract, you must contact us immediately by email at info@factorhobby.com indicating the product data as well as the damage it suffers, and our customer service will tell you how to proceed.

The product must be returned by ordinary mail or a courier company of your choice, to the address of our technical service that is specified in the conditions of our guarantee, always having first made the contact according to the previous paragraph.

The consumer must inform us of the lack of conformity with the product(s) within two months of becoming aware of it. Just as you have the right to not be satisfied with the product for a period of two years from receipt of the product.

We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and we will notify you by e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, if the product is repaired, replaced, the original price is reduced or the contract is terminated, in any case this process is free . The return, repair or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the return or replacement of the non-compliant item is appropriate.

The amounts paid for those products that are returned due to some defect or defect, when it actually exists, will be fully reimbursed. The return will be made in the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase, except for cash on delivery, which will be made by bank transfer.

The rights recognized by current legislation are protected.

TO REQUEST CHANGE / RETURN of a product you must:

- Tell us if you want us to return the money or change the item.

- Prepare the package well with the items to be returned in suitable packaging. Don't forget to include a copy of the delivery note/invoice (which you can find in your customer area) in your return package.
