Warranty

FactorHobby guarantees, according to current laws and the following conditions, all the products offered on this website.

The shipping costs derived from the processing of the product guarantee will be carried out as follows:

- FactorHobby will be responsible for the costs of sending the package to the customer, provided that it is verified that the product guarantee applies in that case .

- In the event that it is verified that the warranty does not apply or it is not a fault attributable to the product, the shipping costs will be fully borne by the customer .

The warranty period is two years from the date of delivery.

The client must inform Factorhobby of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. The shipping costs of sending the product to Factorhobby will always be borne by the customer.

In any case, in the event of a product warranty problem, the instructions indicated by FactorHobby will always be acted upon, upon request by the client and acceptance by Factorhobby.

If the product is defective, Factorhobby will proceed as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free for the customer.

Cancellation of guarantees:

• Incorrect use, manipulation or maintenance by the Customer of a piece of equipment, product, component or accessory.
• Software problems and/or viruses in electronic elements.
• Products burned by electrical overvoltages or overcurrents.
• Broken or damaged products subjected to impact.
• Incorrect repair, modification or expansion with other components by the customer of a product.
• Deterioration, removal or concealment, by the customer, of the original warranty label; that is, any damaged material, without packaging or with obvious signs of improper handling will not be accepted .

The guarantee does not cover:

Defects and damage caused by external events, accidents, mainly electrical accidents, wear and tear and use not in accordance with the instructions of the respective products are excluded from any guarantee. Nor are the wearing parts of the car included in the guarantee, such as: pinions, crowns, brakes,... which suffer from wear with use and must be replaced as part of the car's maintenance.

Products modified or repaired by the Customer or any other person not authorized by FactorHobby are also excluded.
