Built on a pickup truck chassis, fun-loving American off-roaders fitted large-diameter tires and big engines with massive horsepower to create the Monster Truck.

The combination of the rigid frame with a shaft-driven 4WD system and five-link suspension is well suited to handle all the roar of the powerful new engine, just like the original machine. This Readyset model comes with a pre-installed R/C system.

These ever-popular MTs can be seen on purpose-built race tracks or in car-hopping lines in stadiums across the US. Many Monster Truck models have been produced R/C over the years. First among equals is the legendary 1/8 scale USA-1 that embodied the might of American trucks during the 1980s and 1990s.

Under license from USA-1, the newly developed polycarbonate body has been produced in a spectacular level of detail with the body size and tire ratio nearly identical to the real USA-1. Featuring separately molded accessory body parts including grille, carburetor, mirrors, roll cage, frame-mounted front bumper and a row of removable 5-series fog lights on the roof, the spirit and legend of the USA-1 are captured in all their glory.

Officially licensed by Kyosho in the 1990s, the model R/C uniquely captured the power and glory of the USA-1. Now is the "time to come back" for the USA-1, with modern chassis and drivetrain technology, exclusive USA-1 upgrades throughout, and  Newly designed "ULTRA SCALE BODY" with shape and detail finished to show model standards. The iconic American flag graphic printed on the body makes your heart swell with pride! The chassis features shaft driven 4WD and 5-link suspension based on the Mad Crusher 2.0 and FO-XX models.

The triple molded chrome carbs look identical to the ones used on the real Monster Truck, which looks amazing sticking through the hood once the bodywork is attached. Along with the roar of the powerful engine , this accessory creates even more original USA-1 details than ever before.

Most of the suspension components have been upgraded and strengthened uniquely to the USA-1 at every point to handle the powerful new KE25SP2 engine and the rigors of Monster Trucking. A 3-speed automatic transmission produces dynamic acceleration, which is enhanced by a true suspension system to produce "scale" performance characteristics worthy of the prestigious USA-1, and make you feel like a Monster Truck driving god. Released as a pre-assembled Readyset, the USA-1 is almost ready for action right out of the box.

The time-proven 3-speed automatic transmission efficiently utilizes the full power of the engine. In the low speed range, the engine torque is optimized by the ratio of the first gear, while the second gear covers the medium speed range where the torque tends to be insufficient. Acceleration to top speed is achieved smoothly and efficiently .

● Equipped with a new KE25SP2 motor with easy needle adjustment. It also includes a running-in ring to safely prepare the engine for optimal operation in the most adverse circumstances.

● Tuned and gleaming polished muffler is fitted as standard.

● Front center drive adopts telescopic universal shaft to ensure high transmission efficiency and prevent shaft drop problem.

● Optional 4WS (four-wheel steering) increases turning power. A wide range of other options are also available.

● 8 AA batteries are required for transmitter and receiver, fuel, fuel canister and glow plug heater for operation.

● An electric version with the same body and chassis components is also available.
